Rainbow Tick is a great Australian program for developing organisational awareness of LGBTQI+ issues. Given the breadth of content it encompasses, it doesn’t give a lot of attention to Intersex issues which in some instances are quite different to those of other people in the LGBTQI+ ‘family’.  Yellow Tick addresses issues relating to intersex diversity in much greater detail. It is a community-led and operated initiative.

Anyone may complete the ‘Awareness’ module at no charge. You are welcome to subscribe to the other eLearning and we may be able to offer face-to-face online learning. Local intersex peak bodies should be leading any national accreditation scheme and so we would not accredit organisations outside Australia and New Zealand.  

If you can show that you have a mandate to speak for people with Intersex variations in your jurisdiction, talk to us!

Initially our focus is organisations, and we are yet to work through what accreditation for a sole operator would entail. Talk to us.  If you can demonstrate extensive engagement in Intersex issues and have completed the training, then it is may be possible.
